About us

Changing the way your business advertises.

A Clayton company putting local ads where people actually look.

Our story

Built out of a simple problem.

Hitlist Media was founded by Woody Barrett and Lynn Trehern in Clayton, GA. Together they run Hitlist Media and chances are you will run into one of them around Clayton.

Small businesses around here have a hard time getting noticed. Print gets thrown out, mailers are expensive, and social media buries a local post under everything else in the feed. Meanwhile the same customers sit in the same restaurants, coffee shops and waiting rooms every week with nothing to look at.

So we started installing screens in those rooms. Host businesses get a clean, professional display at no cost. Advertisers get a full-screen slide in a short rotation that runs all day. Customers get something worth glancing at instead of a blank wall.

Today we run 8 loops of screens across Rabun, Habersham, Stephens, White, Towns and Union County, plus Franklin, Highlands, Hayesville and Murphy in North Carolina. If your customers drive these roads, there is a screen for you.

How we work

Four things we refuse to compromise on.

Ads that stay fresh

Got a new special or a new logo? Send it over and we swap your slide in for free. Your screen never runs a stale offer.

Local only

We work with businesses in and around Rabun County. We know the towns, the seasons and the traffic patterns.

Respectful placement

Venues approve who appears on their wall. No noise, no clutter, nothing that embarrasses the host business.

Growing on purpose

We add screens where they will actually get seen instead of chasing a screen count.
